I’m Sasha Rose, a faith-driven entrepreneur, devoted wife and mother, and the founder of All About Balance Bookkeeping, LLC. Since 2019, I’ve been on a mission to empower women-owned small businesses—especially in the beauty, spa, and wellness industries—with the financial clarity and confidence they need to grow and thrive.

With over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping, I specialize in accurate, timely virtual services that take the stress out of managing your business finances. From med spas and salons to real estate professionals and consultants, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of entrepreneurs by helping them understand where their money is going—so they can focus on what matters most.

My company was born out of a personal turning point: after my son’s autism diagnosis, I knew I needed a career that offered flexibility to support my family while also fulfilling my passion for helping others. All About Balance is more than a business—it’s a calling that combines my professional skills, heart for service, and commitment to uplifting women in business.

Philanthropy and community leadership are deeply rooted in my life. I currently serve as 2025 Vice President for the Texas Women in Business Bay Area Chapter, where we bring together women who are doing extraordinary things to inspire, grow, and give back.

Rooted in faith, led by purpose, and driven by community, I believe women can build the business—and life—of their dreams when they have the right tools and support.
